What’s been happening:

I have moved back to the New York City area, currently residing in New Jersey. I have met many new people, but have kept in touch with a large amount of old contacts. I am currently working for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Learning Technology as a Professional Development Specialist, so I essentially impart my knowledge of education and best practices to teachers to have them share with their students through technology. I enjoy the work that I do as I meet so many diverse and wonderful people that make a difference in the lives of students. I am hoping to someday get back into school and become an administrator in some capacity, however, it is easier said than done. My children are almost all grown up now. My son has a restaurant in Philadelphia, I am very proud of him - it is nominated for "Best New Restaurant of the Year". My daughter is currently a sophomore and will be looking at colleges next year - I am secretly hoping for PSU, but it is her decision. Looking forward to making many new contacts through all that I do. I do, have to admit, life was so much easier when working and going to school - you just have to cherish those days!!
